◎简 介
退休军官老丁（洪金宝 饰）因“健忘症”弄丢孙女，内疚回到老家。邻居小女孩春花（陈沛妍 饰）成为他的慰藉。可女孩的父亲（刘德华 饰）无意卷入了当地黑帮团伙的争斗中。老丁为营救春花挺身而出，也寻回那份作为军人的骄傲和弥补作为爷爷的过错。

.成龙原本打算参与该片，因儿子房祖名因涉毒被捕后，成龙就推辞该片。
.《我的特工爷爷》2014年6月开拍，在辗转两国三地拍摄之后，9月在黑龙江省绥芬河市顺利杀青。
.赴俄罗斯远东城市符拉迪沃斯托克取景拍摄，符拉迪沃斯托克现为俄罗斯远东最重要的城市，亦为俄罗斯海军第二大舰队太平洋舰队司令部所在地。由于剧本中俄罗斯黑帮的情节，因此选择在当地。
.刘德华爆料洪金宝每天都很爱在片场吃东西。
